Description:The pessary is intended for non-surgical treatment of prolapse and descend of female genital organs. It is most often used to correct the prolapse of female genital organs of stages 1-3 according to POP-Q. The pessary is inserted into the vagina and provides support for the female genital organs.
Silicone pessary: bowl-shaped perforated has the shape of a bowl with a large central opening. There are additional holes of smaller diameter on the periphery in the bowl-shaped perforated pessary. Pessaries are manufactured from elastic biologically inert medical silicone.
The pessary is supplied non-sterile. Before the first and each subsequent use of the pessary, it must be thoroughly treated. The selection of the size and the first insertion of the pessary must be performed by a medical specialist.
