Description:The aspiration probe is designed to collect the material from the uterine cavity (endometrial biopsy) necessary for cytological, histological, immunohistochemical, bacteriological and other tests of endometrium state. It is also used to infuse solutions into the uterine cavity.

The probe consists of a flexible transparent polymer tube, a plunger with a handle and a sealing element and an adapter for connecting a syringe of Luer type. There are openings at the distal end of the tube. The plunger of the aspiration probe “Yunona” Profi Combi is made of steel wire which allows using this instrument in case of stenotic cervical canal and performing the manipulation with ultrasound control. The material is collected by the aspiration probe due to the vacuum that is created in the tube when the plunger is removed from it till the stopper. The additional volume of the material can be obtained with a syringe which is attached to the adapter.

It is supplied sterile and ready for use.
