Legend of the simurg
“Simurg” is a symbol of unity
In literature, mythology and philosophy there is a great variety of interpretations of “Simurg” image. But in the language of poetry and our company the expression “to see Simurg” means to make a dream come true.
One of the most beautiful and close to us legends about Simurg says: Simurg, the king of the birds, dwells on the mountain which supports heaven. Once, flying around his vast lands, he drops a feather of indescribable beauty, and the local birds who are tired of quarrels find it and decide to go in search of a wise king and ask him for advice. As usual, not everyone is eager to take a journey full of hardships, but a small number of birds sets out on a journey. The birds overcome seven valleys - of search, of love, of knowledge, of detachment, of unity, of wonder and of destruction. Many of them give up, others die during the flight, but thirty birds reach the mountain of Simurg.
And then the truth is revealed to them that “Simurg” means actually themselves, each of them and all of them together (no wonder the word “si” means “thirty”, “murg” means “a bird” in ancient Persian).
“Juno” trade mark
Products under the trade mark “Yunona” are well known to obstetricians and gynecologists. The choice of the trade mark is not accidental.
Yunona (from Latin Juno), in Greek mythology Hera (from Greek Ἥρα), is an ancient Greek and Roman goddess, a devoted and faithful wife of Jupiter (Zeus in Greek mythology). According to the legend, the goddess was born on the island of Samos. Yunona is the standard of ancient beauty. The goddess has luxurious hair and large, wide open eyes. In ancient Greece and Rome, she was revered as one of the supreme deities. The temple in honor of the goddess in Olympia is much older than the temple of Zeus. In ancient Rome, Yunona is the goddess of marriage and birth, motherhood and femininity, the keeper of the family. The month of June is named after the goddess.
