Probe “Yunona”: tampon
The instrument consists of a handle, on the one end of which there is a headpiece – tampon. The tampon is manufactured from hygroscopic material and may be used for taking material (smear – imprint) from the mucous membranes surfaces, removal of discharge surplus before taking material for cytological tests.
Indications
Taking material for cytological, microbiological tests in obstetric-gynecologic, dermatovenereologic practice.
Gas sterilization.
